We consider our personal contacts to be the greatest asset of our firm.  Sandy Sweatt Hull is the managing principal of Sandy Hull Executive Search and spearheads the firm's vision, values, market focus, and recruiting leadership. Sandy is a native of the Twin Cities and has an extensive network of friends and colleagues around the world.

Sandy Hull Executive Search operates with an entrepreneurial spirit, a can-do attitude, professionalism,thoroughness and attention to detail. Sandy Hull operates with a unique blend of confidence, and a sophisticated approach to the search process. She is witty, team oriented, intelligent, and creative.

Sandy  has over 30 years experience on a solid career track in sales and marketing with Fingerhut and Research Consortium. She also worked in accounting for The Marquette Hotel, Cat Pumps and Ticket Works.  Prior to 2007, Sandy was in  leadership position for 11 years with the Greater Minneapolis Council of Churches. Sandy founded Sandy Hull Executive Search to follow her dream of entrepreneurship, and as a means of giving forward. Sandy enjoys the process of helping businesses acquire great people, and helping talented individuals pursue their dreams and further their career aspirations.

Sandy has had a lifelong interest in helping others, serving on numerous nonprofit boards, working in a direct service capacity and as a development professional raising money for health care organizations, arts organizations, human service organizations and faith-based organizations.
