Sandy Hull & Associates, Inc. is looking for an experienced sales executive who is a high energy, passionate and consultative sales professional. This person must be extremely passionate about their specific area of focus, their network, and the growth and success of their clients. Sandy Hull & Associates, LLC. is an interactive marketing agency that works with a variety of business owners in the mid-sized consumer products and services industries. Our services capitalize on our distinctive strength and expertise – website development, banner advertising, mobile marketing, video and podcasting, pay per click advertising, and search engine optimization.
Job Requirements
•At least four years of business experience in sales, marketing or business development
•Preferred experience includes selling marketing, advertising, consulting or other intangible services
•Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic background
•Possesses an established base of support/contacts in an industry or functional vertical
•Enjoy meeting people via phone, and easily developing rapport with key decision makers
•Excellent follow up skills, tracking, and strategy
•Ability to identify opportunities or problems and to prescribe and sell a solution
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•Creativity to solve unique and wide-ranging business challenges
•Risk taker with great intellectual curiosity
•Very competitive with the ability to visualize, set and accomplish goals
•Extroverted, socially active and passionate about networking
•Desire to work in a client-facing role
•Ability to use PowerPoint and Word

Job Functions
•Effectively leverages current network of contacts and develops new business/direct sales through direct sales, cold calling, lead generation, presentations, proposal writing and negotiations.
•Identifies and leverages the challenges facing businesses and offers integrated internet marketing solutions for these problems.
•Performs various client related service activities as needed, including project management on projects sold, client management and travel to clients as needed (up to 25% of time).
